Service and food was up to my expectations. Caterer replies promptly to meals deferement and it was thoughtful of them to pack drinks and soup into 2 separate vaccum flasks to keep the beverages warm. However, as I had ordered the 28-day meal plan, some food items were repeated towards the end of the plan.

The food has incredible variations so even if we toook 28 days lunch and dinner, it was really good to see those variations. The vegetables is one of the best from all the catering with ever have. Highly recommended confinement food for those in need.

Service was excellent, they were very prompt in their replies and accommodative to my requests on the food requirements. Food wise portion is very generous, but flavouring could be better enhanced and choice of drinks can be more varied to appeal to the palate.

The food from Relacto tasted good, quite homely in flavour, without being too salty. The variety of food I experienced was good, and had rather nutritious ingredients. Daily soup and drink came in individual thermos, which was nice and kept the items warm even after I received it for 3 hours. Lunch was delivered daily to me between 10:30 - 11am. Was rather good timing.

Ordered relacto for post surgery recovery. their customer service was excellent and food was up to standard. initially thought that it would be too much for both soups and beverages in a meal but, they tasted good and were nutritious. they were also prompt in responding to my queries via WhatsApp which makes it a breeze to order and to inform on certain day to skip delivery due to hospital appointments. highly recommended!

Healthy meal for busy people who don’t have time to cook. Recommend for lactating mothers with newborn. The meals were okay though I personally think Tian Wei is nicer in terms of taste and variety. Only once, the soup is sour and the black bean beverage is tasteless. How can the same beverage for lunch and dinner taste completely different. But overall ok, can order if you really don’t have time to cook.

This is the first time ordering from Relacto for overall health recovery.
Excellent meals and excellent services.

Meals were freshly prepared, all nutritious ingredients was well cooked. Meat dishes were greatly diversified despite ordering with exclusion of beef. We could tell the freshness of all ingredients used and that there are less to no msg.
