I would however not recommend the sambal long beans - as you can see from the photo, it was just soaking in a pool of oil. Not exactly the most ideal as it's meant to be crunchy and dry, not soaking wet and oily. The catering staff were mostly pleasant to deal with and very prompt in responding to any queries or emails.
