I’m very happy to be served by Ahmat as he served me well. I was wondering why is the curry from Rilassi so oily when I received it so I asked Ahmat. However, Ahmat replied me in a good manner & explain to me slowly, patiently & clearly so I would understand why curry need to have oil - so when heating it up. it will release the fragrance of the spices - I was very impressive from the way he described it to me so I accepted his explanation.
