Eventually i called the carter on that day and mentioned on this issue , they mentioned that they will refund my stool $$ , but eventually no one bother to contact me or do the refund of stool to me. Till date stool refund is not refunded. If the item is very crucial to the event , i think whole event will be screwed up.
