Order Process: Ordering is easy peazy, very fast confirmation and received SMS from the vendor almost immediately. 2. On the day of Delivery: Day 1: almost 1 pm and it hasn't arrived yet, I called the CS and luckily someone picked it up, the ... More food arrived at about 1pm+, but it was late for my lunch time. Day 2: 1.20pm and the food haven't arrived! again I need to call the CS for the second time on 2nd day (do i need to call every single day?) and the food came at about 1.30pm. Talked some sense to uncle delivery, i know it's not his fault but I requested to deliver earlier the next day. Day 3: Uncle kept his promise and the food came at 1245pm. Thanks, uncle. In my opinion, the lunch delivery range is 9am-2pm is ridiculous. First of all, who is going to eat late lunch at about 2pm? and if the delivery as early as 9am, who will keep 3hours for lunch? Please consider customer's feedback for delivery matter! 3. Food portion: I'm quite surprise with the portion! I bought 2 pax but the portion just enough for 1pax-1.5pax. My husband and I finish the dish but still feel not full! Please do something with the portion, at least give a fair portion considering each meal is about $22 4. Food taste: As the delivery is late, expected that the food is already cold when arrived. Some of the dish will taste better if the food still warm upon delivery. Day 3 when I get steam egg dish, I feel like eating "soft pudding" with the tasteless taste, I understand less salt is good for health but this....I cant even taste the egg inside. pathetic. And the chicken also, less meat and more skins and more batter....when i eat the meat, 2 out of 3 is always the skin/batter. 5. Food menu: The menu always have 1 fried stuff with super little portion inside. e.g: Day 2 I got bagedil x3. For 2 pax how to divide 3 bagedil? 1.5pcs each issit? come on, at least give 2pcs each, please use commonsense when preparing 2 pax food. 6. Overall: Not a best experience considering this is my first time and i'm paying for the trial. Luckily it's only 3 days trial. Or maybe because it is trial hence the food and delivery sucks!? I feel like paying premium but received Cai peng quality. plus the delivery timing can be improved so that customer do not need to feel worry and keep on calling CS.
