Food is delicious with ample varieties. Portion is generous too, able to feed more than the pax ordered.

Food arrived very early.. Around 3pm - 4pm for dinner.. Food has to be consumed by 6.30pm.. But we started around 7pm.. Always see fried fish.. During the 20 days see repeated dishes already.. Overall slightly expensive for the food quality..

I want to be frank and honest to give you a review of your catered meals as requested. Your tingkat meals are generally ok for the price I am paying. The package is delivered right on time by a neat-looking and cheerful elderly man. The packaging is securely delivered in proper containers in neat wrapping. The changes of the daily delivered meals are something I look forward to. There are varieties but of course sometimes there are ingredients not to my taste. Do you add msg in your food? I seem to have tasted it in some dishes. I am changing my tingkat delivery not because of my dissatisfaction with your meals or service but more to try out how other caterers are offering and to stay with the best. I may finally come back to your caterring, thanks!

Dishes slightly more salty & sweet for my taste... overall still ok. delivery was quite early for my location.

Regular customer, one of the popular tingkat caterer, their curry dishes are delicious, delivery timing is great.

Food is generally pretty good, my wife loves the soup daily. I would love a bigger portion of vegetable though.

Delivery is a little early everyday, around 10am for punggol area. Better if delivery man can knock the door to let us know he has left the food so that it is not left outside for too long.
Pity most of the tingkat companies are using plastic containers, 4 containers daily so i washed and put them into the recycle bin.

Anyway, i have renewed the subscription with Ronnie for another 20-day cycle.

Customer Service is rude and attitude from the customer service hotline. Cancellation/Postpone is only allowed twice during 20 days package via the office numbers during office hours unlike other caterers have an alternative mobile or whatsapps number. Delivery is SUPER late without any notifications to the subscribers and you have to keep looking out at your door if delivery has been made.

Taste of the food is consistency and good gravy . Vegetables portion is reasonable and good mix of the daily dishes

It is up to my expectation but still lack if variety. I always renew it every month so i hope they can think if some new dish
