Food and service reasonable for the price charged. A wider variety of food/ingredients is always welcomed.

Caterer timing is reliable. Food portion is adequate. A wide variety of dishes. Taste is good not to salty and not too sweet. Catered well to people of different taste. Often food arrived still warm. Caterer respond to queries often very fast and courteous. Prices are comparatively reasonable. Feedback are well received and acted upon. Customers are not tired of the food as there is constant change of food daily. Standard of food and hygiene is good as never experienced any food contamination. Food value for money. Have not heard any complaints from my parents even though they are fussy eater since the catering starts.

Repeat order for multiple times. Portion, food, variety and early dinner delivery suits my family’s needs.

Food was packed well in non spill containers. Good variety and taste good. Sometimes dishes will repeat within 2 weeks.

Food is always delivered early or on time. Soup is great and most of the dishes are generally very good as well.

The portion of the dishes quite enough and overall quite happy with the food quality. Will order again for sure.

Value for money, comes on time. Quantity is sufficient, used to be very generous but now it is ok. Still acceptable. Only option as my maid did not come back to SG to work. No time to cook.

As friend recommend we tried the tingkat again ... feel taste okay. Normal 3dishes + one soup. Price affordable.
