Repeat customer. Overall are good so far we have tried. Variety choices of food. Taste acceptable. Delivery time still ok. Some day portion are different. Maybe less or more Abit.

Food is amazing as always. Delivery is on time and very polite staff. Food suits all family members. Highly recommend for all to try.

Food is not bad. not oily and not salty. just nice. will order again in future. food also came timely.

Repeated order for almost a year but recently there is a drop in standard, where they delivered mostly processed home instead of home cooked food. And some of the food combination is weird. I may want to switch tingkat vendor if the food standard doesnt improve. Hope to see more good quality food instead of fried processed food

Very good food, great service by Ronnie Kitchen. Good timing too. Only thing is that soup can be better (more long-boiled nourishing soups please :) )

The delivery was prompt and the variety of the dishes was interesting enough. Quality wise the food is acceptable given the price range. The caterer is also open to feedback such as ensuring the vegetables are cooked well to make it easier for old folks to chew. Service of the caterer is also prompt and will always contact you for follow ups.

It would be better if the soup can be more flavorful instead of being plain. Probably the volume of soup can reduce so its flavourful.
Also, dishes are quite repetitive and it gets boring for a 20 days order.

On time delivery and prompt follow up foodline. Menu ok, not repeating always. Have been ordered for 2 months and will continue the order of same tingkat provider.

This is my first time ordering tingkat, and i like it. It was on time and the food delicious. Every day always arrive at the same time, so i can manage my schedule perfectly. They also message and call me right away after i submit my order. The food come in a nice box and its still warm.
