First try tingkat food, chose the most popular restaurant. Their service is good, I was making the wrong order, luckily the merchant called and checked with me. Food portion is enough for girls, but boys hv bigger appetite, so not really enough. Food taste normal, price is considered cheaper compared to others.

Good tasty tingkat, delivery always on time, customer service ok, portion ok, variety can be better, reasonably priced.

Caterer timing is reliable. Food portion is adequate. A wide variety of dishes. Taste is good not to salty and not too sweet. Catered well to people of different taste. Often food arrived still warm. Caterer respond to queries often very fast and courteous. Prices are comparatively reasonable. Feedback are well received and acted upon. Customers are not tired of the food as there is constant change of food daily. Standard of food and hygiene is good as never experiences and food contamination. Food value for money. Have not heard any complaints from my parents even though they are fussy eater since the catering starts.

I like their home cooked tingkat, my family and me didn't feel thrifty after having their food, have repeated order.

Generally, all the dishes are tasty and nice. None of the vegetables are over cooked or too hard. Soup portion is more than enough. Dishes portion are just enough. Usually the vegetables have more than enough. The dishes are usually different and interesting from the other caterer I have ordered from. We are quite happy with the food compared to those I have previously ordered from. However, I am paying slightly more, which is about $23 more for 5-day dinner for 4 with soup, which works out to be about $6 per person per meal.
