Appreciated that they could start the 20 day package a day earlier than selected on FoodLine. They called and conversed in Mandarin to clarify things and it went smoothly.

The food is very affordable and portions are big. My mum previously ordered a trial version and the food seemed nicer. During the 20 day trial, I liked the soups the most. But the other dishes like vegetables and meat are generally repeated. Some of the fried foods get soggy as well.

Food was not bad. Portion can be abit more especially vegetables. Delivery was around 5-6.45pm. One of the best tingkat we have considered.

Food overall is nice. Just that the delivery slightly early, we always received around 4-5pm+.

Different menu everyday, the soup is nice, suit local taste buds.

Amongst the many Tingkat suppliers I've tried over the years, Ronnie Kitchen is the best in terms of:
1) Hygiene - the food are well-packed with zero leakage and not a tinge of "oily" feeling on the packaging
2) Punctuality - Always on time. No need to worry about food being delivered late.
3) Tasty food - Very tasty home cooked food.

Have been ordering from Ronnie kitchen for few months. Food is generally good. Portion was just right.

Good service

I have been ordering catering with 3 or 4 dishes meal package for months. Great help for working mum. The food is very fresh and delivery in time every day. The soup is very taste and not very salty at the same time. the rice is well cooked. The meat and vegetables are different every day for weeks. While it becomes repetitive after months.

So far so good. My parent is satisfied with the food. Though the delivery timing can be more consistent.

Food was tasty n not too salty or oily. The variety is good n portion is generous. Delivery is prompt n the delivery uncle will bother to let me know when he delivers the food.

Variety are the same every month, hope there are more variety between different months.
