Sotong and fry chicken are cold,good to put fire to heat up

Food was ok, quantity was generous and set up was very on time.

THE FRIED MEE HOON, BROCCOLI WITH MUSHROOM AND BRAISED PORK WITH BUN IS VERY NICE. THE STEWED DUCK AND CEREAL PRAWN IS ALSO NICE. AS FOR THE SALTED EGG CHICKEN, ITS SOMETHING SPECIAL BUT IT WOULD TASTE MUCH BETTER IF THERE IS MORE SALTED EGG SAUCE. THE FREE DUMPLING IS VERY NICE TOO.

Repeating dishes over 2 weeks and most dishes are too salty.
Green vegetables are not fresh and very salty. Cheap dishes (e.g fish) provided most time and not worth the money paid.

Overall the foods is nice and the portion is reasonable.

A lot of food. Food is quite delicious though the prawn sauce chicken is a bit too dry. Service is good. Deliveryman helped set up table.

The highlight of the buffet was Braised Pork w/ Bun & Yam Paste w/ Coconut Milk. These were well liked and received many praises from the guests. As for the Prawn Sauce Chicken is bland and Ginger Duck is also not recommended.

Ronnie kitchen is definitely the caterer to recommend as not only the food is good, the portion is also very big for 50 pax buffet! Value for money! Reached slightly earlier than stated time & very efficient in setting up too! Highly recommended!

My guests enjoyed the Stewed Duck w/ Chestnut, Curry Chicken and Yam Paste w/ Coconut Milk.
