Overall guests were happy with the food and we have quite abit of leftovers. The prawn paste chicken was too dry and hard. The duck was tasty but not many guest like it. Braised pork, vege, yam paste were all snapped up. Recommendable caterer.

Fragrant and nice....generous in pineapple chunks and serving.

It's my first time ordering tingkat feom Ronnie Kitchen. All the food are delish! Different menu from the usual boring tingkat! However it is abit too salty. I have ordered 4 dishes and the 4th dish sometimes is not the deepfried food, which is nice! Other tingkat caterers would just include a deepfried dish as the 4th dish, if u opt out the soup.

Portion is good but the dishes prepared is not to my liking

This was our first time ordering Tingkat and it was nice to have these dishes sent to our doorstep. The food is pretty good and I like the variety. Portion wise just nice for the 2 of us. I would recommend this Tingkat delivery to others.

(1) happy with the service. I changed the number of pax few days before the events, the staff was helpful and assist me nicely.

(2) The delivery was on time. Delivery man was friendly and helpful.

(3) Setup was fine, however it was completely done as the cutleries and dinnerwares was still in the packaging, the rental table came with the skirting but the cover (wooden table top with scratches and stains, kind of unsightly) and some stools are dirty.

(4) disappointed at the food...
* pineapple fried rice was dry and tasteless. usual pineapple fried rice comes with prawns, nuts, etc.. this was just a normal fried rice with the pineapple cubes came separately.
* prawn sauce chicken was tasteless too, no prawn sauce taste at all.
* sweet & sour sliced fish was fishy.
* fruit punch was extreme strong cordial with ice and water, and scary colour.
* the rest of the dishes and 2 vegetable dishes were average

(5) braised pork with bun was the only dish that my guest giving positive feedback. too bad it catered only one for each guest.

Overall everything is good and the service is good too, cause the delivery guy reach early and i was not there yet but he was willing to wait for me patiently and when i reach he still talk with me very friendly. He suggests place for me to put the food. The food taste good but maybe the cereal prawn can have more cereals and more crispy.

Delivery staff Ms Lucy arrives on time and she is friendly & efficient. Food presentation is nice and comes in generous portions. Best of all, it's delicious. My guest enjoys the food !!!

Generally nice food! Except that the free dumpling and Cereal Prawn was cold as there wasn't any warmer for it.
