Everything was good overall. Salted egg chicken too soggy, not so rich taste.

The food looks very appealing and of cause the taste was good too. Everyone was commenting that the food is very and said that we should order from them next time. We are very satisfied with the order. Quality and quantity was good.

Service wise is good in general. The lady who handle the call, give good advice on the dishes we ordered. Portion is big.
However, the food quality and taste still need a lot of improvement. It wasn't a fantastic experience with the food taste.

All the guests rave over the ginger duck. It is the dish that got the most praise, followed by kong bah pau. Most guests say the food is very good. I was originally a little worried because family and relatives are such 'expert' when it comes to food. But glad to know they enjoyed the special tastes ginger duck.

Nice food! Delivery time can be improved!

The service call is very polite when she calls me for confirmation. Also, confirmation is no frills and no fuss, unlike other caterers who needs double triple confirmation. Basically she calls, make some recommendations, confirms your order, and that's it! She is nice to tell be there are two dishes I ordered which may taste alike and recommend me to change. Delivery is on time too.

Ups: the sambal sotong is very nicely cook. The curry chicken is nice! Potatoes ar soft and chicken meat is tender too. The sweet and sour pork taste good after after it is cool. Salad prawns received thumbs up from guests too. They provide disposable scoops and tongs too even though they say not provided.

Downs: The salted fish fried rice doesn't have much of salted fish taste, the cabbages will definitely taste better if it is cook longer, a little too raw we find. the prawn paste chicken Is a little too blend to our taste, and it will be better if they use wings instead of all part of chicken. No drinks provided.

Satisfied with food and service! Delivery was prompt and staffs were friendly. Guest commended on the good quality of food too!

Having read good reviews about Ronnie Kitchen, I decided to give them a try for my housewarming. It was a good decision and my guests were happy.
From the start, the staff called promptly to discuss and confirm my order. On event day, delivery and collection of the items were punctual and prompt. More importantly, the food tasted good and there were enough choices to satisfy every palate. To get so many dishes at a reasonable price, this was indeed value for money.

The soup for the 5 days are nice and generous portion. The meat taste good too.only the vegetables dont taste good,as either it is too raw/too bland.

Mini buffet not fantastic. Portion just nice but food is disappointing
