Ordered from Ronnie's for 2 months. Food quality is good. Food is delivered on time, though a little too early for my area. After 2 months, felt that the variety is quite limited. Food portion is generous.

The portion is definitely enough to fill up our tummies. Taste average like normal economical rice dishes. The soup can be improved in terms of seasoning. It taste a little bland for most of the time. Maybe it's healthier choice.. This is the first caterer we chose so we'll explore a little more before we can judge the quality and quantity with the rest. Food arrived before noon.

The food is tasty and is delivered to the household as expected. Taste is a good change from the last caterer and is much liked by the recipients. Seemingly suitable for diabetics.

They tend to deliver the lunch latest by 10:30am. Food is still considered hot when I have it at 12noon. Variety is good and taste is not too bad(if you are not a fussy/picky eater). Generally, I will recommend this to those who work from home and have no time to prepare lunch. Will order from them once again!

Caterer timing is reliable. Food portion is adequate. A wide variety of dishes. Taste is good not too salty and not too sweet. Catered well to people of different taste. Often food arrived still warm. Caterer respond to queries often very fast courteous. Prices are comparatively reasonable. Feedback are well received and acted upon. Customers are not tired of the food as there is constant change of food daily. Standard of food and hygiene is good as never experienced any food contamination. Food valie for money. Have not heard any complaints from my parents even though they are fussy eater since the catering starts.

Food was good but salty at times. It was value for money. Good variety as well as food was not repeated during the 20 days.

My family like the Ronnie Kitchen's food ,it is very delicious,but sometimes the vegetable is enough,and they don't have brown rice.

Have been ordering this tingkat for the past few months, the dishes are mostly of decent amount, though it would be appreciated if they can expand the variety.

Superb food quality, always taste nice. Tried 5 tingkat caterer, this is the last one we stayed put and third time ordering from Ronnie Kitchen. Very responsive customer service as well. They really value their customers, answer to queries almost immediately.

This is my 2nd tingkat company, and I sticked with it since we tried it. The meal is delicious, portion is great, unlike other company, it has good variety. Is different for the whole month, seldom has repeated dish in the same month. Even the soups is tasty, always has lots of meat inside. Very happy we found this tingkat. Most of the time will have at least one dish has gravy, good for kids to eat.
