Our first 10 days dinner trial with Royal Cuisine. Food is ok but there's still room for improvement. Not quite sure if my area is the last stop for delivery as always reach at last timing.

Food was delicious and quantity is sufficient. Packing was good. Only the last day delivery was later due to rain. Otherwise delivery is puntual

Food come on time, easy comunication with the vendor, price a bit on the high side, but I think the food taste fine

They are the first caterer I tried. Disappointed at constantly burnt food. Like it is really blackened. Feedbacked once, gave free desert but subsequently burnt food for a few more days. Not even bothered to inform them anymore. What is the point if the cook keeps burning the food? Never again.

This was my first order with this caterer. Always received burnt food. Complaint doesn't improve the situation, they just stuff you with a free desert to shut your mouth.

Variety of international food is great and satisfactory. The customer Service is quite disappointing though (even if at their best) - reply was slow at times and mixed up my orders several times

The food was probably still acceptable but the soup is way too salty. Probably need to go for kidney dialysis soon. The food timing was very inconsistent and there was an occasion where they had a miscommunication on the date of tingkat and it didn't came, ended up my parents had to eat plain white rice. The first day delivery was 8plus and the next 2 days was 4.30 pm followed by 7pm+. Too much fluctuation in the delivery. Can't believe i chase people during work and i have to chase the customer service for tingkat also. Their customer service is very responsive perhaps they deserve 5 stars for that. Kudos to their customer service.

Taste ok, can be better, sometime too spicy, hope to get more nutrition food, was hoping to get soup but came desert,

So far so good. The caterer is flexible, they allow me to change menu because I order the wrong package.

Food is good on some days and average on some days. Food is generally very flavourful. Portion is good. But for the price, Food can be improved. Vege taste bad most of the days. Soup abit tasteless.
