They are the first caterer I tried. Disappointed at constantly burnt food. Like it is really blackened. Feedbacked once, gave free desert but subsequently burnt food for a few more days. Not even bothered to inform them anymore. What is the point if the cook keeps burning the food? Never again.

This was my first order with this caterer. Always received burnt food. Complaint doesn't improve the situation, they just stuff you with a free desert to shut your mouth.

The food was probably still acceptable but the soup is way too salty. Probably need to go for kidney dialysis soon. The food timing was very inconsistent and there was an occasion where they had a miscommunication on the date of tingkat and it didn't came, ended up my parents had to eat plain white rice. The first day delivery was 8plus and the next 2 days was 4.30 pm followed by 7pm+. Too much fluctuation in the delivery. Can't believe i chase people during work and i have to chase the customer service for tingkat also. Their customer service is very responsive perhaps they deserve 5 stars for that. Kudos to their customer service.

The western meal was pretty good, however on the long run, the chicken meat seems to be the similar. The desserts were watered down and soup is really salty

The taste of the food was subpar and inconsistent. Some of the western menu and korean menu was good. However the soup was quite bland. The special carbs was not very nice especially the ee mian. One of the days the westerm mushroom soup was powdery. Expected more considering that the price is on the higher end.

The food is very average and uninteresting. Tingkat meals are served on in disposable bento trays.

Follow-up by the company was good - order confirmation and in the last few days for renewal

Starting first-day mess up my order, suppose 4 dishes but sent 3 dishes with soup despite WhatsApp to the sales reps. Receive the wrong meal the second day too.
Last two days, I straightaway cook myself or call grab food as no 'Lunch' delivery passed 2 pm.

Food comes in bento style. Convenient to have individual portions if everyone eats at different timing. However, portion is quite little. Taste is acceptable though.

This is the worst supplier I encounter on foodline, the 1st day deliver they totally forgot!

I waited until 3pm then call them, they said they forgot! I asked for refund but they said they will extent one more day.

During the extended day I wait wait, shot, they still didn't delivery.

and! they charged another $25 for condo delivery, don't order from this supplier, you will not only disappointing but angry.
