Food portion is not sufficient and food is not delicious. Quite disappointed with their catering and will not order again.

Food was served in bento set and it was not the typical home cooked dishes. The taste was acceptable. However, it was not value for money and the quantity could be more. The service was bad - one of the days the food for lunch came at after 2pm! The service line was also difficult to reach and typically no one picked up.

Had 5 days trial, food was on time on the first day but late on the other days. The dishes are not really worth the price. At least the customer pickup my calls but didn't really get back to me on my order status, I have to call again to ask for updates. Will not order again.

Service was bad, no one called to confirm on order, only after multiple chase then received follow up from them. Sometime food is not accordingly to menu even after feedback to the caterer.

The delivery time is not consistent . Sometime delivery at 2.30pm sometimes 4.30pm.
It is very hard to estimate what time they come and I cannot step out to run errand or have lunch .

The food portion is large but bland. A few times too bland. Ok variety, always comes with soup. I ordered for lunch and dinner, always the same soup on the same day.

Chosen 4 dishes and there are repeated dishes. On the first day, 2 dishes are eggs. Second day, 2 dishes of toufu. On the 4th day, 2 boxes of xiao bai cai. On the last day, We received 5 boxes of Food with 2 boxes of steam eggs. Portion still okay. Food was oily and salty even though comment put less oily less salt. Overall, the dishes is not worth the price of $123.
