Terms and Conditions:
Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.
Based on SFA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours. Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.
Just a few final things to keep in mind as we prepare your event:
●We may photograph our setups from time to time, let us know if you’d prefer we don’t
●Occasionally, we may make ingredient substitutions of similar value and quality if certain items are unavailable, we’ll inform you in advance whenever possible
●Kindly help to ensure any equipment provided is returned in good condition, damaged or missing items may incur a replacement charge
●If your venue has any access restrictions, loading bays, or special delivery instructions, please share them with us ahead of time so we can plan smoothly
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to support you. Here’s what to expect if you need to cancel or postpone:
●More than 7 working days’ notice: Full refund of any payments made
●4 to 7 working days’ notice: 50% refund of the total order amount
●Less than 3 working days’ notice: No refund, as preparations would already be underway
●For postponements:
○We’re happy to hold your order for a future date
○The new event date should be within 1 month of the original
○Postponement is subject to availability
Changes to Orders
To give our team enough time to prepare everything thoughtfully, we kindly ask for orders to be confirmed by:
●Buffet Catering: Please confirm your order at least 5 working days in advance
●We welcome final changes up to 2 working days before your event
●For changes made after that, we’ll do our best to help, subject to availability
●Additional charges may apply for last-minute changes that require extra prep, ingredients, or logistics
