The veges are always too starchy.. food not really appertising as too many fried and dry stuff

Food quality appreciate could be more consistance

Ordered Deluxe type for 2 pax 20 days ($ 6.6 per day per pax).

Deluxe meal are very similar to the normal economic type. not worth to top up.

Food wise not very tasty - it can be better

Food variety is good n generous portion. But food not tasty or too spicy.
Need improvement on cooking. Found a small piece of black metal in the braised China beancurd stick n peanuts (attached photo)

The food is too salty.
the soup has excessive seasoning.

I ordered tingkat for 3pax and paid $280 for 20days. I think the pic I uploaded itself says alot about the value/quality/quantity of food this caterer provides. Plain tofu with a few green peas + plain brinjal + TWO pcs of chicken for THREE adults to share? Really?! Wow. I tried calling customer service, first they don't pick up my call, then subsequently, they directed all calls to voicemail even when I called during office hrs. I never got the chance to ask why 2 pcs of chicken for 3 adults.

Bad experience with this caterer. After ordering from food line, no one follows up the deal and I had to call them to confirm the order myself. Then wrong food with wrong container on the first day. Later forwarded with wrong invoice with wrong amount. After calling for verifying the amount, they kept silence for many days without handling it. In general, their service is awful. Their food is most expensive but food is average.

I did not receive my tingkat on today , no message or any call from them, wait until 7pm and still can’t see any sign of my tingkat and end up eating instant noodle instead.
