Select Catering Tingkat

Thumbs up on the quantity. Caterer missed out new requests on new order in first delivery but was rectified and compensated the next day.

So far so good

I like as the soup is well packed and is freshly prepared.
The dishes are also nice and have good flavours.
Thumb up !

The spread and quantity is more than expected and tasty.

Food is good

They have fixed starting dates. either beginning of the month or end of month. food is quite good. price a little higher than others. tried for 2 weeks only.

Special menu on every Tuesday is good. The rest of the dishes on normal days are ok.

1st time trying this caterer and the variety of dishes are quite a lot compared to my previous caterer. Taste of the food are quite good too!

Bad experience with this caterer. After ordering from food line, no one follows up the deal and I had to call them to confirm the order myself. Then wrong food with wrong container on the first day. Later forwarded with wrong invoice with wrong amount. After calling for verifying the amount, they kept silence for many days without handling it. In general, their service is awful. Their food is most expensive but food is average.

I did not receive my tingkat on today , no message or any call from them, wait until 7pm and still can’t see any sign of my tingkat and end up eating instant noodle instead.
