Select Catering

Quite a value for money catering menu and we especially loved the miso salmon which tasted fresh and was flavourful. Some items like the sautéed udon and tempura was a tad oily for our liking, but it was still a good meal for a small event. The service of the caterer was good as well and the items were provided in a nice cooler bag and full utensils and tongs also given.

The setup and thw service is good but the portion is small and the food taste need to improve , the Ngoh hiang is too dry.

Food does not remain fresh for long.

Comments from most of the guests that the the food is nice except the handmade Ngoh Hiang were dry and salty . The buffet setup was fast and punctual.

This is my second time ordering from Stamford. First time wasn’t great but this time was hoping to trial their select kitchen however was told that they are full thus Stamford was providing. Turn up to be good. The food was commented by all to be delicious. Looking at my picture. It was mins after I open up and the food was all gone!

The food are nice. It would taste better if the bee hoon don’t have sausage.

Delivery is on time. Very friendly staff. Food and its portion is great!

The food was nice, marination was flavourful and the portion was generous. The chicken chop slices were big enough for 2 people to share 1 piece.

Will definitely order from Select Catering again. My friends too :)

Over all the food is ok only.

Delivered on time. Comes with cutlery such as tongs and ladles. Food wise is pretty good.
