Food generally is gd. Pen Cai is popular and enjoyed by all guest.

I had to thank the co-ordinator whom detected my error in the event date during order placement or I could have ended up with tears on the 1st day of NY!

The delivery arrived me on the dot though their schedule was very tight. I was impressed by the professional packing bag upon dinner arrival and the quality of disposable crockeries provided! It makes me feel wasteful to dispose after one use! But there was a little inconvenience I faced, I ordered 2 sets of yu sheng but there was no disposable plates provided unlike the set I ordered on the following day.

The honey roasted chicken chop was the 1st to run out soon after the dinner started! That was a dish I requested for change. I had made an excellent choice! Seafood crouton was the 2nd to empty. There was none leftover for me to try! A large portion of the creamy fish and sushi were left over..... I guess my guests were majority elderly and they probably dislike the non-traditional cheesy style but personally the cheesy taste is well acceptable. The green vegetable remained its good greenish look unlike some other orders I made in the past that appeared over cooked. Almost all the dishes had solicited my taste bud especially the dessert had ceased my beads of perspiration! The only dish that had not satisfied me is the sushi plater which I added to the order. The rice quality tasted like our normal plain white rice we ate everyday. That explain why half of the plater were untouched.

However, in overall I would still grade the food delicious!

The delivery guy actually wanted to come to set up the tables 1 day before (i.e. on the eve of CNY) but eventually we made arrangement for him to do so a few hours in the afternoon before the event as he was afraid he couldn't have sufficient time to set up tables and laid the food for he had a few places to go that night. Like the responsible attitude. Set up also look quite nice.

Food wise, believe can be better especially the fish which tasted kind of weird but like the Yu Sheng as it was fresh and tasted good. Overall, considered it value for money for the amount paid versus the food and services delivered.

For the chicken, can use a smaller size so that portion is just nice, and also won't turn out too dry. Salmon is overcook so a bit hard. Vegetable didn't look nice but tasted good. The yu sheng and dessert were very good. Provided cutlery was very thoughtfully done. Overall a good caterer. Hope to have a better selection for a mini CNY buffet.

Was initially worried that food quality will drop due to Chinese New Year but my fears turned out to be unfounded. Excellent food and generous portion. The Ginseng double-boiled chicken was especially nice. Yum yum!

Ordered the CNY menu Bountiful Feast for first day of CNY. Was attracted by the festive menu, and it turns out the quality of the dishes was excellent, and the portion was generous. Every dish tasted very good, from the mains to the dessert. They make you want to go for more servings, and even relatives who just had lunch before coming over couldn't resist having the food.

My favorite was the ee fu noodle which was of just the right texture, not too dry, and very flavorful. Was also impressed with the cheesy mentaiko scallop, the honey glazed pacific dory, the salt and pepper soft shell crab and the dessert chilled mandarin orange with pear and black pearl. The menu also came with 3 sets of abalone yusheng that were delicious.

Staff also planned their delivery well to ensure no delay. They requested to come and set up the tables a day before as they have many orders to deliver on first day of cny. We appreciate the effort and are happy the food came without delay.

I generally disliked catering food but this is one of the best i have had and i really enjoyed it. My guests were very impressed with the spread too. Will definitely recommend this festive menu.

The Eight Treasure Duck was flavourful, and the duck is soft, such that the meat falls off the bone easily. The Yu Sheng Platter was good too.

Firstly the delivery was late and everyone was getting impatient. However, when the food finally arrived, it was good enough to compensate for the delay. The herbal chicken was the big winner. The meat was tender and the broth was not too strong in herbal taste. The egg yolk prawns was another favourite. Very very delicious...wish there were more. The biggest let down was the vegetable. Presentation was pathetic and taste was just mediocre. Dessert could be improved too. Just looked like syrup floating in a tub of ice water.
Overall we were fed and had a good reunion dinner.
