The food arrive warm even without setup. A little dissapointed with the vegetable as it is a little overcook which caused the taste to be bitter. The lotus rice and herbal chicken is very delicious. Overall the food quality, portion is worth the money.

Generally the food was good and delivery was per schedule.

The food and cutlery were very well packed. Delivered 15 minutes before my specified timing. But food packed in nice big warmer bags, so that was fine. Was happy with the quality of the food generally. the agar agar was a little too bland though. but other than that, i will certainly order from this caterer again.

Value for money especially for CNY period. The portion is also rather generous compared to some other caterer.

I actually ordered a few sets of dinner from Select Stamford in last few days. I ordered a total of 4 sushi platers tonight. But tasted in almost every order for this CNY the sushi taste just so so. But the dessert I have to raise double thumbs up! I have not come across such combination of dessert soup with plain glutinous rice balls and cordycep flowers (not baby cordyceps actually)! It is indeed super tasty!! The roast duck is a bit dry but I would say it is considered good still.

Food is plenty for 10 pple. They are flexible with me changing a dish.

Generally the overall quality of food and service is good.

I was so surprised with the packing on arrival, 4 big heat shield bags for a 10 pax dinner ?! Comparing to what I received the day before the dishes were so well packed today!

I chose this set of menu coz dishes are comparatively special. But I requested some changes in my dishes due to certain food intolerance of my children. The customer service officer appeared quite helpful in suggesting me the alternatives. The only point she or the menu preparator could have overlooked the indication of spicy items. Not until my family tasted it, I did not realise the fried rice was spicy and was unsuitable for young children. As such we had to quickly cook another pot of rice to replace it! However, not denying the fact, the spicy fried rice was indeed delicious!

The dishes in overall is delectable, such as cheesy scallop, sautéed prawns. My big boy appraised the steam chicken was really home-made style whereby he ate most of it. The herbal roast duck is a little dry but still pretty tasty. The bamboo clam in the clay pot was a bit hard to chew for old people. The prawn looks a bit like dried shrimp and broth not really taste superior comparing to what we ordered from restaurant before.

Not forgetting to mention, the crystal ice jelly dessert is just nice chilling for current hot season. The koi fish jelly was popularly liked by all of our family members.

In overall this is quite a delicious and special dinner set though there is some imperfectness! Worth trying!

Delivery was on time & the delivery man was polite and helpful. Food was generally good & guests were happy with it. Will order from Stamford again.
