Overall the food was good. but due to festive season, the respond was slightly slower so I had to do more follow up.

Golden Scallop & Baked Dory Fillet With Teriyaki Sauce -was delicious too

The foods is quite delicious. Especially the SEH Signature Special Chicken With Turkey Beacon Roll Wrap, we like it. Fried Breaded Prawns With Mayo is superb. Butter Rasin Rice quite dry but still ok.
Sauteed Broccoli With Carrot and Corns nice, Oven Roasted Chicken Black Pepper Sauce, sauce too little. Fried Spring Roll nice. Breaded Dory Fillet With Tar Tar Sauce nice. Home-made Mango Pudding is delicious and the fruit Punch nice but too little.

The caterer set up the buffet promptly and is flexible with the clearing up timing, which is great as each event has different consumption time and therefore cleaning up time. The food is delicious and I will consider this caterer in the future again.

The Delivery is on schedule and communication is perfect. The setup is a standard theme, was hopping that they will using a Christmas theme during Christmas to brighten the mood.

Setting up is fast and smooth. a little deco using the servet and the plate can help and make a difference.

After the food is set up and ready to serve, the rice is not warm. therefore suggest that they should place 1 warmer for each individual dish so as to keep the food warm.

The Ad Hoc taste great, but it will definitely taste better with satay sauce.

Overall is an enjoying experience but definitely room for improvement.

Delivery was punctual. Set up was presentable and provision of cutlery was sufficient. Food was tasty. Price was reasonable.

Most food are delicious, delivery staff is very friendly and punctual.
my friends all enjoy it, especially the kids, they like the chicken satay very much.

Arrangement with the restaurant was smooth.

Proportional of food was sufficient. My guests enjoyed the food.
One improvement perhaps will be the cereal prawn. Too dry and lots of cereal lumped together.
