Clear communication, set up was on time. Food was warm and fresh. Overall a pretty pleasant experience!

The caterer set-up personnel was extremely courteous, he would call to inform his arrival time for set up and pick up. The set up was decent despite the restricted layout. The food is delicious. Would order from them again.

The chocolate on the eclair melted too fast but that may be due to the hot weather conditions. Other than that, recommended caterer and would order again if the opportunity arises.

Really beautiful table setting and was glad that the participants of the workshop enjoyed everything about the selection. Portion was a lot for 30 pax. The team also managed to help us deliver food earlier despite informing them only the day before that we would like a change of timing. Will definitely engage them again in the future!

Generally food is good. Service is also good.
However, the drink dispenser is too small and not enough for 25 pax, also the vegetable dish is a bit overcooked.

1. With the exception of Watermelon Sago, the other dishes were just edible to fill stomach. Pretty ordinary. No wow factor in terms of taste. Majority of my relatives either had no comment or said it’s so so only.
But judging from the fact that we had to throw 1.5 tubs of Watermelon Sago (caterer provided 2 tubs), spoke for itself that most of the guests didn’t bother to sample it.
2. No table plastic was provided. Plastic cutlery, paper tissue styrofoam plates provided was insufficient, Had to rush back home & ran back to function room to get our own extras.
3. Some portions of White radish strips in Prosperity Bao Pian Yu Sheng tasted a bit sour.... we discarded the uneaten balance. Luckily we had prepared amply our own separate Abalone Yu Sheng. Hmmm, by the way, no disposable chopsticks provided for this complimentary dish. Maybe it’s free, so we were not provided disposable chopsticks. LOL.
4. Food portion rather small; like meant for 15 pax (& not 25 pax which I ordered). Had we not prepared a huge pot of our own dishes (ginger vinegar pig trotter, some steam yam cake & “Lu Tan” in dark sauce) with lots of cut fruits to supplement, the portion of cateted food would not be enough to go around.
5. Overall, it’s average food quality. small serving portions & insufficient disposable cutlery & serviette provided.
Recommendation: Won’t order again from this caterer.

According to my guests, they enjoyed the CNY platter, curry chicken, and Fried Beehoon.
The meat for ginger onion beef was a bit tough with tendons in it.

Remerber few years back I ordered this caterer for office event and was appraised good. So I give myself a 2nd try, 1st time for the mini buffet for CNY. However, this time round I would just say the food is so so. The packing of food on arrival is not as neat as I assumed as compared to past experience.

The mixed veggie dish is very salty. Nobody replenish their food plate with the veggie. I slipped my mind for not requesting to change the prawn to de-shelled dish as such as expected, a big portion of the cereal prawn was leftover! The dishes I ate the most were assam rojak and char siew chicken. They are not bad in the taste for this menu. The satay, most favorable dish was 1st to empty and I must say it has met my expectation that the meat was not burnt but nicely BBQ to perfection. The taste was also acceptable. The fruit plater is not to expectation as the water melon is unripen and tasteless!

Not sure which dish they added Msg. Feel a bit thirsty after food!!

In term of service, I think is acceptable. They tried to provide those dishes suitable for vegetarian at my request though not all could be complied.

Overall good , will order again with this catering,must try !
