CJS employees were very polite and helpful despite their busy schedule.
Efficient in the set up and collection process.
We definitely will order with CJS again.

The delivery uncle is nice as I give a wrong info about the location.
He had shown his professional when doing the setup.

I have corresponded with Foodline over email weeks before my event and finally decided to go with CJS Catering based on the good reviews and the huge eagerness to have a live station on my baby's first birthday celebration. We wanted a buffet spread that is uncommon - paired with a Live Station. When the food arrived, we realised the Curry Chicken with Naan Live Station was not set up. Instead, the food was cooked and served on the buffet spread. Although the invoice stated clearly that I had topped up for a Live Station for 100 pax, the delivery man was clueless and I had to call up to enquire. The management realised the mistake and could not offer a service staff to activate the Live Station. We had no choice but to accept a small monetary compensation of 50% of what we had paid for the Live Station. This is nothing in comparison to the disappointment as the main reason for choosing CJS Catering was then invalid. After the birthday celebration, I finally got to the person who corresponded with me over SMS and to my horror, she INSISTED that CJS Catering does not provide service crew for the Live Station. I have email evidence that she is lying through her teeth and trying to brush off the major blunder. I am very put off with the cover-up. To rub salt onto wound, the cooked Naan from the Live Station tasted so bad like they were unskillfully heated up right from the freezer!!! I really regret spending money on it and to have such an unpleasant experience with this caterer. Will Foodline speak to their management and revert a satisfactory reply soonest possible?
