Food arrived promptly before the stipulated time. Every dish was very tasty, except that the cashew nut rice was slightly dry (could be because it was exposed to air), and that the ladyfingers in the assam fish was the old kind, and can't be eaten. But overall, all my guests were very satisfied with the dishes.

Herbal chicken and Wok-Fried Prawn in plum sauce are very good.
Potato au gratin can be better as only top layer has sauce.
More sauce would be better.

CJS Catering customer service are prompt and friendly. The delivery team arrive on time and the set up is ready before stipulated timing.

The food is delicious and portion are generous. The Ang Ku Kueh is slightly disappointing as the skin is thick and the filling are hard. The Red Eggs arrived wet, thus my guest had their finger stained so some of them didnt want to take the eggs.

I hope the eggs in the future will be red and dry, so that the customer's guest would be more willing to enjoy the eggs.

Nonetheless CJS food are good and value for money. I would recommend my friends and family to engage them.
