Shi Fu Ge

This is the first time ordering from them and the food taste more than expected.

Probably due to Mother's Day, the delivery was delayed!
Time is money..
Delivery was confirmed to be at 12noon.. but only came at 1.52pm..
Some of the guests have to leave earlier.. it was so embarassing!

Well, but at least for the rest who stayed, the food was hot.

If the delivery was on time, everything would have been satisfactory.

The dish is goods and price is reasonable. The despatch driver also very good in his service.

4. Delivery on time (Driver did sms 15mins before arrival!)
5. Food well pack with containers with gravy were properly sealed. Excellent.
6. Guest were pleased.

The food was really good except for the Crab in a Bag. The crabs shells were not cracked so some of the guests have difficulty breaking the shells.

In terms of Colour, it is lacking.
In terms of taste, it is good.
In terms of value, it's good.

Overall food does not look appetizing but taste was not too bad.
upon delivery, we realized that some food were not sealed properly, resulting in spills.
eg. oyster fried vegetable had no more gravy.

Recommended dishes: pineapple rice, curry chicken,
Decent dishes: hot plate bean curd , Lo Han Vegetable
Forgettable dishes: mini chocolate donut has very little filling, Thai style fish fillet batter is too thick and chewy, pork ribs were bony and tough
Overall still decent value. Food portion is fairly generous. No napkin given and plates/ cutlery were limited. Delivery came 30mins before indicated time which wasn't ideal

Food was delivered on time, and portion is sufficient. Love the curry chicken. Really cheap and value for money.

The food arrived almost 45 min late from my stated time due to the rain and traffic as delivery guy rides a motorbike. As such the food were mostly cold already. Esp the fried stuff was soggy. The curry was also not hot. This caused the whole meal to be not so pleasant but since my guests were hungry, most just ate as it is. The golden sand fish fillet was really quite disappointing as there is more flour than fish. The pork rib king was also not that nice. this is not the first time ordering from Shi fu ge.. The salted egg fish skin that I was looking forward to was also out of stock that made this order totally meaningless. Even for confirmation, I have to call them to do so.. Overall, I must say this is a disappointing experience with them that I may not order from them again. Their system and service need to be looked into
