Shi Fu Ge

The food is delicious but the portion is small. Quite expensive.

Ordered the spicy crab in the bag and yam ring. The food arrived on time and was piping hot. Taste wise, it's not too bad but the crab is not very big. Would prefer the crab meat to be firmer but on the whole the entire set was still pretty tasty. Will consider ordering again if there is an occasion.

I decided to try Shi Fu Ge after reading the relatively good reviews online. Unfortunately, I regretted my decision. Will give my honest review on all the dishes on the menu:

Hong Kong Noodle : The quality is average hence cannot comment much.

Pork Ribs King : While the gravy tasted okay, the pork ribs are contain a lot of fatty portions and you instantly get a very greasy feeling when you bite into it. I didn’t quite like it. I prefer ribs to be on a leaner side....

We are really sorry about your encounter as this is the first time we had encounter such an incident. We would like to take this chance to explain to you.

Food are freshly prepared, cooked, fried and served for immediate delivery so it will reach you piping hot. As the food are piping hot when packed, condensation takes place, hence fried food and vegetable tends to turn soggy or yellowish due to the heat.

We had already overcame such issues previously with the great delivery team behind Shi Fu Ge who are able to deliver the food fast enough to ensure the food is fresh as thou as having a sumptuous meal at our premises.

Please accept our deepest apologies about this bad encounter. We will also run a check internally and put in measures to improve and brush up on procedures that is needed.

As an apology we would like to extend a 10% discount to you on your next order with us. We hope you will give us another chance to serve you better.

Food was piling hot!! When it was deliver. Perfect

The delivery was on time and extremely friendly.
Food portion was big, we could not finish the food. All these were delivered warm, there were some condensation on the food. So i air fried the wanton and prawn ball to make it crispy again.

Pineapple fried rice was good, curry not that spicy so kids could eat. Surprised that all serving spoons, laddles, table cloth and trash bag was also provided.
Very impressed.

The food was at least 30 minutes late. Otherwise food is pretty good but could be better.

The food was delivered quite on time but the rider mixed up and gave my chocolate log cake to another party and I got the durian log cake instead, not suitable for kids. I called up the restaurant and they said cannot switch as the other party has eaten the log cake. So they kindly offered me chocolate eclairs to make up but got to wait...Nice attempt.

The food is alright. Most of my guests gave compliment to the crab and smoked duck. Chicken wings and the salad fish can be improved though. There's enough cutlery but no cups provided for the two bottles of Pepsi...
Eclairs are popular with the kids too. However... The worst part is that the log cake though is a wrong order.. I can still accept gor their efforts to rectify... But....It looked sweet but it had actually turned sour! Such a disappointment. Guessing that it's an outsourced food item but still very disappointed with the handling manner and dispatching of food. No log cake for my Xmas this time so sad!

Food not bad. Will be good if caterer can provide paper plates and cutlery.
