Shi Fu Ge

The food are generally fine except a bit too salty for pineapple fried rice and Mongolian pork rib. The delivery did not include selvets paper.

Items came a little more than half an hour earlier than the requested timing. On the actual day, i was asked if they could send earlier. My guests couldnt come any earlier and as such, all the items were cold by the time they came. Some deep fried items like the prawn paste chicken and sotong were soggy and the curry chicken had a whole bunch of bones. Hardly any meat. The ginger fish slices was good though. Pork ribs was rather tough. Overall taste of food was decent. Portion was good too.

The food are all quite nice and acceptable by all of us. But I have choose too much fried food, not must non fried food to choose. Pineapple fried rice is very nice, goes well with the rest of the dishes. The portion of the food also just nice.

The price is acceptable, but the taste for today is not good, compare to previous time.

Ordered for birthday party and food came on time and also warm and tasty.

Overall food taste was ok, portion of food was also good. Just for the vegetables they have turn black when delivered. As for the chicken curry will be good increase slightly on the chicken portion.

First, I need to go down to car park to collect my food.

Secondly, the food is not hot.

Third, the crab shell for crack open. Very hard and messy to break it else cannot eat the crab flesh.

Unfortunately the fried rice was far too salty. Either the cook had forgotten and re-seasoned by mistaken or they were brutally heavy-handed with the salt. Only dilution with additional plain cooked rice made it palatable. Besides this issue, the other dishes were better received, but in general the portions provided for 10 pax were somewhat smaller in comparison with other foodline caterers we've used for similar pricing.
