Simply Buffet

I am glad that I have chosen Simply buffet. After I have placed my order via foodline, I received a call from Simply buffet saying that they have just changed menu. I was given a new menu to consider. Finally I settled with the dishes below.
1. Thai Style Grilled Chicken Salad with Picked Vegetables
2. Classic Cheesy Potato Salad
3. Granny Smith Apple & Raisin Salad
4. Oven Baked Boneless Chicken with Garlic Herb Crust
5. Deep Fried Fish Fillet with Mayo Dip
6. Vietnamese Sugarcane Prawn
7. Poached Xiao Bai Chye with Braised Mushrooms
8. Fragrant Fried Rice with Vegetables and Silver Fish (50%)
9. Chef's Signature Dry Mee Siam (50%)
10. Tropical Chilled Fruit Salsa
11. Classic New York Cheese Cake
12. Lemon Choux Puff
13. Mango Mist (Drink)
The buffet setup was nice. All the food was finished except items 1-3 & 8-10. Food portion was just right and very tasty. Well done.

Good

The food overall is good except two dishes that most guests don't like it. One is the Pasta Salad in Thai Style and another one is the Sweet corn and Chick Pea. Steamed Yam Rice so so only. The rest especially the smoked barbeque chicken drumlet and Passion Fruit Puree with Rainbow Crystal Ball are our favourite. Overall quite okay.

Ordered the Full Day Seminar package for a client training, and everything went timely and smoothly. Caterer/sales agent was easily contactable and any issues were attended to immediately. Overall had a great experience and food was quite good. They allowed us to pay by credit card although it was stated cash/cheque only, so such flexibility is always a huge plus.
