Value for money, food portion is good, self collection is superb, friendly staff, no msg aftertaste, perhaps the softdrinks can e replaced with another dish would be ideal

An excellent experience with Spark and Flame! We ordered catering for day 3 of Chinese New Year and it was a smooth process - they contacted us to confirm and were flexible when we needed to add more pax to the order. Setup on the day was fantastic too and their employee (so sorry, we forgot his name!) arrived early, managed to make the setup work in our space and organised the flow really well. All our guests enjoyed the food immensely and the team was back promptly to clear the food. They even helped us pack the leftovers for our guests to take home! Definitely will order again!

Food was alright. Crabmeat rice didn’t taste any crabmeat. Chicken pieces a bit little for 10 people

The food portion is generous and come on time.The driver is friendly and hardworking .Overall is good and the food is nice.

Caterer confirmed the order very quickly and on cny day 2 came to set up on time, but they didnt provide any chilli, not sure if it wasnt included. Just one feedback is that the har gao and siew mai turned hard very quickly, probably should put on tray that has small holes at the bottom. Overall was ok and thank you spark and flame for the service and food during CNY!

First time Order- Joy & Happiness Party Set - 10 Pax from Spark N Flame Catering. Delivery was made within the 1 hour frame. Food was hot and pretty decent for its price.

The food quality and quantity are exceptionally good. This is the first time trying this caterer. The service is good too. The operator took the trouble to deliver the equipment and table in advanced.

Food options are good and taste nice. Service about the order was friendly and prompt. Delivered warm and timely. Guests are satisfied with the food overall. Happy with the selection made and the reasonable price charged!

1. The whole buffet setup came with a miserably cheap looking small plastic vase with fake flowers that the delivery man totally forgot about it and left standing alone on my shelf behind the buffet set-up!!
2. Lychee cordial was changed to pink guava without any prior notice.
3. Collection time was 3.30pm but failed to turn up. Had to call their office. By the time the delivery man came to collect, it was almost 5.15pm. My other caterer for dinner was already here and had to help him with the clearance.
