Spark and Flame Catering (The Flame Cafe N Spark Restaurant)

Overall are quite good , only the sweet and sour mock fish which I feel the sauce is too heavy , I feel very salty ……

The service was good, with friendly and helpful staff, particularly the two ladies who assisted. The food, while reasonably priced, could benefit from improved flavor. The portion sizes for the fried rice and Luo Han Chye were generally adequate, the rest were barely sufficient for a group of 10 people.

Food serving was quite decent, enough for the number of pax as advertised. The packaging was good, the necessary utensils, disposable plates and bowls. Comes with complimentary box of mandarin oranges.

The food was ready by the time of collection. The staff was really friendly and even offered to help carry the food to the car. Portion of the food were good for 10 pax and generally tasted good. Ingredients were fresh too.

Food ok, value for money. Boiled fish less chilly hot would be good. Generally cannot feel msg in food

The food supplied is terrible. The honey glazed chicken sauce is just like common sugar. The sauce is also used to fry mee tai Mak. Cauliflower fried without any vege mixed.

I believe this is my 4th order from Spark and Flame catering, they have not let me down with their food quality (and quantity)

Keep it up!

The food portion was huge and more than sufficient. Dishes were fresh and delicious except the fried rice which was a bit too dry.

Generous spread! It’s my second time ordering from this caterer. Their food always taste good and with generous portions. Highly recommended!

Food portion and taste is excellent! Everything was wiped clean and there's no wastage at all. Highly recommended caterer to engage. Guests have all feedback that the food is delicious
