Spark and Flame Catering (The Flame Cafe N Spark Restaurant)

Food portion not alot but enough for 8-10 small eaters. Broccoli was not fresh and we barely touch this dish. The rest of the items were average. Disposable cutlery and table cloth was provided. Delivery was within stipulated timing. Veg bento not so nice.

Food was delivered cold!! every dish was cold!! Disappointed with change of dish from salt baked chicken to herbal chicken which was tough. Fish was misreable and abalone was hard. We had to cook the chicken and steam heat all the dishes to make it edible.
Because these were all cold our CNY day lunch was a disaster. We had to order KFC!! Absolutely disappointed. Will not order from you again.

Overall this catering quite reliable , this is my second time ordered from them, if possible …. I will continue to support them next year 👍

The food was overall very good, but the curry was abit too watery even though taste wise was perfect. can be thicker abit.

fried rice was not oily at oil and very enjoyable with basmati rice (healthier choice too)

The food was normal, the fried rice and some other dishes were quite dry and tasteless. The disposable items were nicely packed. Yu Sheng not bad. The delivery was early a bit.

Good vegetarian chinese food and a wide range of dishes to choose from. Able to accommodate to requests as well

My first time ordering from Spark & Flame. Food was delivered punctually and nicely packed. Quality and taste meet expectation. However, the green peas in the Lor Han Vegetable was a little too hard and too many.

Food preparation was different from other caterers, for example, lor han vegetables was completely different from the usual and so was the ngoh hiang and the sweet and sour prawns. What we expected to eat turned out differently and as such we need to get used to the novel way of food preparation. Food wise was fresh except turned out different. Should have given different names to the dishes. However the lor hei came with extremely generous ingredients; very very much more than what we usualy get. The amount and variety of ingredients was really very plentiful; two levels of ingredients in a big round plastic container that was packed separately. The cutlery was also individually wrapped in sets of fork, spoon and serviette which is greatly appreciated for the time spent doing this.

Delivery was spot on. Food was generally ok except that I expect the prawns and crab claws to be bigger in size.

We (MCST) had a great experience ordering through Foodline! The whole process was smooth and very convenient, from browsing the menus to confirming the order. The customer service was responsive and helpful, which made planning much easier.

The dishes were well prepared and arrived on time, still warm and nicely packed. The fried rice was good and not oily at all. The dessert selection was also a pleasant surprise and was enjoyed by everyone.

Overall, the food quality and service exceeded expectations. We will definitely order again for future gatherings and highly recommend FoodLine to anyone looking for reliable catering with delicious food! Thanks!
