Some hiccups but the team reacted to it in professional way.

Delivery was late but the driver explained that it was his first day of work and not familiar with the way finding. He was polite and sincerely apologised for the delay.

Food came on time as per schedule but the food quality was average and the portion was little and definitely not enough to cater for my 50 pax guests! I started my party at 12:40pm and by 1pm all the finger food (siew mai, chicken rolls, scallop), veggies and fish all gone. You can refer to my video. Just to clarify that only half of my guests arrived by 1pm and some guests couldn’t make it.

Called them and they said they catered enough for all the guests. What they meant by enough is 1 guest only can take 1 finger food and 1 slice of fish each! Am I supposed to tell my guests that they can’t take more than 1?! They only provided half a tray for all finger food when all these dishes were part of the mains.

Lemon chicken too dry. Will not recommend this caterer!

Food so so. No chilli sauce provided. Desert - hardly any chin chow in it. Could be better overall but not.

Had a very pleasant experience speaking to the senior catering executive, Bryan Lee, prior to the event. He was very professional, patient and accommodating. On event day, the food arrived much earlier at around 5.30pm (we planned to have reunion dinner around 6.30pm), and they were already cold when they arrived. Apart from the fish, chicken and vege, the rest of the dishes were very much to our disappointment. Honey cake was extremely sweet .. those who tried a bite had to end up throwing away, and we had to discard at least 3/4 of the tray. This was our first time ordering from this caterer and will likely be our last.

Food portion not alot but enough for 8-10 small eaters. Broccoli was not fresh and we barely touch this dish. The rest of the items were average. Disposable cutlery and table cloth was provided. Delivery was within stipulated timing. Veg bento not so nice.

Food was delivered cold!! every dish was cold!! Disappointed with change of dish from salt baked chicken to herbal chicken which was tough. Fish was misreable and abalone was hard. We had to cook the chicken and steam heat all the dishes to make it edible.
Because these were all cold our CNY day lunch was a disaster. We had to order KFC!! Absolutely disappointed. Will not order from you again.

The food was normal, the fried rice and some other dishes were quite dry and tasteless. The disposable items were nicely packed. Yu Sheng not bad. The delivery was early a bit.

Very disappointed with the quantity of food served. We had to let some guests go to another venue for lunch.

The setup and louhei was punctual and good. However the rest of the food is mediocre. Especially fish fillet was not entirely cooked. The meat and vegetable tasted blunt. This was my second order, the first was last year 2023. Me and my guest felt that the standard has dropped. Sorry to say, we won't be considering the same outlet again.

The food was delivered punctually. Initially surprised over the portion as it seemed like not enough for 10pax but turn out to be a reasonable portion after eating. Beware of the roasted vegetables as it has a very strong rosemary herb smell. The fish was abit fishy. Generally my guests enjoyed the mini buffet.
