The delivery was on time despite CNY period. Food portion was reasonable and the taste of the food was acceptable except for HK Kai Lan which was tasteless and hard. Overall still value for money.

Great service and delivered as scheduled with no-fuss hassle to worry about! It was great to have the CNY-theme decorations, adding a nice festive touch to the whole family event - something which we did not expect but it was a nice surprise! The food was delicious and was well-received by everyone.

The delivery man deliver on the stated time and the food was delicious with huge portions. My guests was very pleased with the food which came with the AI heating to keep the food warm.
Overall a good experience with Stamford catering and will order again for my next function.

The food was delicious. My guests all loved the food. Though the food arrived late, it was worth the wait. The chicken was succulent, not hard. The fish and prawns were fresh and tasted good. Kudos to the chef! Food was warm with the heating pad. I have ordered from Stamford many times, and they never fail to deliver good food!

It was a party set and was provided with a ready-made warmer which was a pleasant surprise. Even when my siblings came later, the food were still able to be kept warm.

The food plating was also relished with good taste.

Only the kailan was not palatable in terms of taste and look which if improved, would make the whole set perfect.

We were very placed with the quality of the food and timely setup of the buffet.

We recently had the pleasure of hosting a large event with this catering service, the food was nicely presented, and the flavors were amazing. Our guests were raving about the butter shoyu chicken with roasted sesame, it was the most popular dish of the day and definitely the highlight and received the most compliments. However, there were a couple of dishes that didn’t quite meet expectations. The prawn spaghetti aglio olio was a bit underwhelming it was a little on the bland side. Additionally, the baked seafood in marinara sauce was not as flavourful as we had anticipated. Overall, despite a couple of dishes falling short the experience was mostly positive. The catering team did a wonderful job and I would definitely recommend them for their amazing service.

Portion is generous, furthermore comes with self heating containers. Food is not oily and salty which is very sync with current healthy lifestyle. Delivery is just in time .

Service was up to standard.
The food was a bit spicy for kids. Didn't expect the salmon and the vegetable dish to have chilles.
