The noodles were beyond salty and all my guest ended up only eating the other dishes and the Braised Ee Fu Noodles ... More with White Shimeiji was thrown away because it is like eating a spoon of salt. It was really sad cause that was the only main staple dish to accompany the rest of the side dishes.
