Not a very good first time Reviewed on 2nd Sep 2018 Verified Purchase We ordered catering to be setup by 1130 and first time i heard need 1hr to setup which say 1030 to come so ok i thinking for a 30 pax need so extensive time to setup is unusual but since first time with them i just say ok. to my surprise , they ... More reached at ard 10am and done by 1030am... then the label indicated that the food is good thru 930 to 130pm. can you imagine...my event starts at 12pm and my guests sees that the food is suitable for consumption for only 1.5hrs. I called the customer service and she mentioned to me that this is the normal procedure n labelling for food catering. I told her this is not my first time ordering food catering and usually when they setup only need 30 to 45mins which the food labeling is at the most 1hr ahead of the setup timing meaning the setup is done at 1130am food is suitable for 1030am to 230pm. i just find it unexceptable that when i want the food at 1130 it is prepared 2 hrs in advance without prior notification.
