We ordered food meant for 20pax (2 sets) and glad that the food portion was sufficient for my guests. Our favorite dish ... More was the Signature Curry Chicken with Potatoes, very fragrant yet not oily, well-liked by my family! However, the vegetable dish- Hong Long Kai Lan was disappointing as most of us found it bland and tasteless. Other than that, the rest of the dishes were pretty tasty, and the kids enjoyed themselves too! Overall, it was a great catering experience with Stamford in terms of the delivery and the food quality! Maybe just a small improvement points to share. Since we ordered 2 sets, we would expect the caterer to provide 2 sets of the utensils eg. food tongs, food spatulas as well. However, only 1 set was provided, and we had to ask our family members to bring theirs.
