Stufit

The first and only one-of-its-kind in Singapore, the Stufit Chicken is a  Whole De-boned Chicken Stuffed with Rice. The chicken is first skillfully de-boned entirely by hand and then carefully stuffed with a specific amount of rice grains. By using a "steam-bake" method, the chicken is left to cook in its own natural oils and juices - with the rice soaking up all the essential flavours as well - until the skin is a crisp golden brown. What results is a chicken that is flavoursome and tender to the last bite, and well complemented by the deliciously tasty rice.
