The Original Katong Laksa 1950 review

Ordered a few times from this merchant and this is the first time trying the muah chee and I love it!

This time, the stall forgot to pack the laska soup and noodles separately, so there wasn’t much soup left when it arrived. Overall, still ... More good!

Laksa noodles feels not completely cooked not really soft to bite. Curry chicken abit too oily so had to scoop the oil out. Overall still ok for casual home meal.

Noodles tasted not soft enough, but otherwise still a good meal, repeated purchase. Will order again in future.

Order was accepted very quickly and food received on time. Parents were concerned that the bowls were cold, but had clarified with merchant that we need to heat up in microwave due to them keeping in the fridge for freshness. Food was abit salty and ... More we had to add more water into the soup to dilute, but still tasty. Thanks for the fast replies FoodLine and Katong Laksa!

Repeat order! first time order, it was good and this is the second time i have ordered and the soup tasted like salt.... it was way too salty to be consume. will not order again in the future..

Very good!! Katong Laksa acknowledged the order fairly quick for next day delivery.

The food was also packed thoughtfully and nicely.

However, cutleries not provided. must request prior for cutleries.

The delivery was done 30 min before event - good timing. Items were very well packed and there was clear instructions and no spillage. The food as very good too.
