Tim Delight

Taste wise the food is not bad, though sometimes, it gets repetitive and tofu seems to be the food that recurs about 2-3 times a week. My main problem was with delivery timing which was inconsistent. Most of the time, it reaches around 12.40 but there are occassions where it reached close to 2pm and even sent to the wrong floor. It started to improve after a very strongly worded feedback, though, so kudos on that part.

Decent food with decent price. Taste overall is okay.
Suitable for kids as well. So far so good. Will consider to renew

Decent variety of food, although they tend to give egg and toufu-based dishes more often. Customer service is good. Ms Cassie was especially helpful!

We all like the food but the delivery timing is too late for us especially as we have children. They will reach around 7.30pm to 8pm. After a few days, I asked the customer service whether we can change to earlier timing and they obliged. After that, for a few days, the delivery arrived around 6.30-7pm which is good for us. But went back to around 7.30pm thereafter. I didn’t call them again and decided not to renew after that as my kids couldn’t wait so long. In the end, they have to snack and end up couldn’t have a proper meal. It’s a pity.

There are great varieties of food - enjoying it even after repeating for close to a year. Portion is not big but the quality is good.

Repeat order, food is consistently delivered but I noticed that portions have reduced. The fish dishes can taste a little fishy at times but I love the variety of vegetables and fried items offered. Not a big fan of the tofu items which can be rather bland but they do try their best not to repeat the dishes which I appreciate. Would love to see them attempt prawns or other fusion dishes in their menu for freshness :)

Soup is always nice. The portion is sufficient. Sometimes, the dishes are simple (e.g. omelette) but most of the dishes are delicious and value for money. Service is prompt and friendly. Will renew order. :)

Quantity and quality have declined a bit but I have also noticed that their soups have improved tremendously. It is not as oily as before and equally flavourful. Customer service from Tim Delight remains fantastic and they try their best to accommodate my dietary requests. Will continue with them for another cycle.

The quality of food is generally okay. Timing of delivery at about 6.30 pm is just right, not too early. The package price including delivery fee is relatively higher than some other caterers.
