Caterer service hotline very friendly and helpful as I last minutes have to increase the head count of the catering. Service line was helpful and make immediate arrange for me even though the lead time to change the order is less than 2 working days. Daily dinner delivery was on time and the portion was enough for 5 pax. Food quality was OK. Thanks.

First time ordering tingkat & there were a few hiccups along e way, like no delivery of rice on e first day (unsettled), & late delivery after a few days. I found it difficult to feedback through food line. However, one delivery uncle quickly picked up e service & even passed us a cooler bag to place at our door for days when we OT & can’t reach home on time. Overall food was healthy, good quality & portion was good for 2 of us.

Food and soup taste really good and dinner delivery is prompt around 5.30pm everyday. Customer service was also agreeable to amend my order to skip certain days midway my order. The only drawback is that the portions are too small for 2 people with big appetite.

Considered value for money. Food taste is alright and portion is generous. Packed in disposable containers.

Generally, the food is good except for the steamed fish fillet which itself was too salty, even without the radish.

This is our third order since June and we still keep ordering.
Same as previous, the foods are tasty and fresh and always warm when reached our house. They have increased their foods portions but the variety still have rooms to improve, which can have whole prawn and fish instead of fish fillets and small pieces of chicken all time. Their customer service always friendly and helpful, especially Cassie!

After two months with Tim’s delight, overall their dishes were mostly tasty, better than the regular tingkat kinda food. Recommended for those who’re used to eating out. Delivery timings are perfect : 5-6ish pm for dinner. Quality of ingredients are above average.

My first time ordering from this caterer. Even though we are not big eater, i feel that the portion is really small. I just realize that menu is repeating every 2 weeks so during 20days we see quite some repeating dishes. Good thing we never encounter food turning sour for late dinner. Overall I think it's not worthed paying premium price.

The food and soup are great. The food is tasty and the soup comes with ingredients in them which is awesome. Love that the menu is on foodline so I can look forward to eating them. The only qualm I have is that the menu is repeated every 2 weeks so I only took the 10 days deal. Would have taken the 20 days one if it was longer. But if not, good food.

I am not a big eater but I feel the portions of the food given are lesser than other tingkat caterers I had ordered. I did feedback but lady told me it should be enough. Taste is okay ( I am not a very fussy eater), nothing fantastic... Not too salty or oily. However, I find that the soups most days are quite tasty ( I love soups!). If you want to have a change, you can consider ordering.
