Tim Delight

Service is good and puntual in delivery and collection. Portion of siew mian and egg tarts are small, not enough for my guests. Kids liked the egg tarts. Improvement needed for the curry chicken as very little potatoes and too many wings, hardly meat. Baked fish a little salty.

Foods and presentation are nice, our guests like it so much. Customer service call me the day after I've ordered online to confirm order, and they try their best to reach you on the contact number left behind. Delivery is on time or early. Comes well packaged. We'll recommend to our friends.

Portion was just nice. All the dishes were delicious as we took the popular ones.. Will order again from this caterer.

Ordered Tim Delight Buffet Menu A for 45 pax. Requested additional plastic boxes for the leftovers and even called them to confirm the day before, which they agreed to provide but on the day itself, the caterers said that they were not informed and could only provide plastic bags. Overall, my guests' feedback on the food was good so it was worth the price however, the curry chicken was too oily. This is my first time ordering from Tim Delight and I decided not to pursue the issue but both service and food could be further improved.

Overall the food is nice n tasty . My guests say is abit salty but I guess is very subjective. Good potion and the presentation is nice as well. However the chicken has a “fridge” smell , I guess is those frozen chicken… i requested to change pineapple rice to fried noodles and they kindly change for me ( as my menu shld have a noodles n a rice ) I will order from Kim again!

Buffet setup came right on time, could have done with an update that they were on their way or something along those lines though.
Food was fantastic, winning a lot of praises from guests, esp the curry chicken and mini egg tarts. egg tarts were a hit with the kids. Fruit punch was popular as well.
The only thing that had alot of leftovers were the mango pudding though. It's less tasty especially when compared to the standard of the other dishes. only regret of my order.
Will definitely be high on my list of preferred caterers.

Everyone is praising the food and loving the dishes. My turnout for this event is higher than usual and the food is not enough. However, its not to blame the caterer, the food is just too good!
