Tim Delight

The food and the quantity is up to expectations. However would like to point out that sometimes there is too many repeated items such as toufu. More non-repeated variety is preferred.

Ordered 10-day, repeated for another 10-day and will repeat 20-day as my kids like the food, good job !
Suggestions :
1. Will you consider injecting a western, japanese, etc something out of the usual chinese food for a change and refreshed menu?
2. Can you make the fried items still crispy when we consume ? Overall happy with food quality and delivery time is ideal. Cassie is also responsive when I require assistance.

Happy with the food and customer service from Tim Delight although I noticed that the portions seem to be lesser these days. Delivery has improved as we now get our meals around 12.30-12.45pm unlike in the past where it could be past 2.
Will renew again and hope to see more improvements.

Second time ordering, food quality was consistently good throughout. Dishes were tasty, not too salty and the portion is just right for 2 pax. Love the soups too. It would be great if Tim Delight can exclude bittergourd from the menu (got it twice in 10 days) as not many people like to eat it.

Food was good... friendly after service... delivery is quite early at 4pm for dinner though.........

Good variety of dishes which are mostly tasty and not to salty or oily. Food arrives warm around 12pm for lunch. Customer service staff is friendly, responsive and receptive to feedback. Not very cheap, especially considering the surcharge for condo customers, but I guess the food quality is well worth the price. Overall, I'm satisfied and have already renewed my package for another 10 days.

Delivery timings were inconsistent. There were days we got our food at 12 or earlier and some days, it was as late as after 2pm. However, customer service was excellent and food was tasty and I appreciate their willingness to accommodate my dietary restrictions.

The food variety & taste are good. I like that they served green vegetables as well. The fried stuff can be improved.

I'm back with Tim Delight. hahaha though their rice portion still the same, a bit on the low side, I'm back because they're the most consistent for soups (though can taste the same after a while, but still flavourful enough) side dishes are usually pretty different most of the time, though they have funny ones like cheesemeatballs in teriyaki sauce.

We tried a few caterers and they have the most generous portion of soup so far. Food is decent too.
There is a variety of dishes available too, hence we decided to renew.
