Tim Delight

A couple of times, food was delivered very late. Got to call and chase. Variety of dishes ok, but quite a lot of repeated dishes. Some of the dishes are to our liking.

Ordered 10 days lunch after 5 days trial lunch meal. The food dishes were quite repetitive after awhile and they always include the so called scrambled egg dish for every lunch. Other than that, the food is served fresh but the portions got lesser when the service was about to end.

Food portion was generous for the 5 days lunch. Delivery was messy for the first 2 days but it was ironed out by the third day. Overall food was fresh and tasted good.

This is my 2nd order for dinner 4 pax. Overall, very happy with the food quality.
But hope there are more variety of cooking method for eggs. Then it will be perfect.

I requested to receive food preferably before 12pm. Yet it always came around 1pm. Although the delivery is 9am to 1:30pm, it seems like the request wasn’t even considered. :(
Food was flavourful yet I still felt that it was overpriced.

Food quality and taste is considered above average. However, every other day they will have a tau kwa dish cooked in different style. And quite frequently, they will have vegetables such as Ladyfinger, brinjal, bittergourd with the kids don’t eat. Hence, it will be good if there is option to exclude these veg. They also occasionally overlooked on our special request of having non spicy dishes due to kids and inconsistent in the food quantity. We received once where the quantity was barely enough for 2 pax though we ordered for 3 pax. Furthermore, it can be quite hard to reach out to them. They also do not response to all our email or were very late to respond. There’s once where we want to request to skip a day for the tingkat in 1 week advance and they only replied on the day we want to skip the tingkat at close to 5pm. Overall, I do not think I will continue with them again.

Food still tasty and fresh but sometimes the meat dishes portion can be a bit more. The soups is not as good as first few months that we’ve ordered. Variety still needs to increase more. Overall is good but there is room for improvement.

Tim Catering's foods are good and with a lot of variety. We ordered 20 days for 2 cycles and the dish rarely repeat. I like their curry, rending, sambal dishes the most. However, when the day with seafood, the portion is a bit too small. Btw, they delivered around 5.30-6.00 pm so we could have our meal quite warm.

Ordered from this caterer many times already. Food is still tasty but delivery this round is always too late for my family...

The food portion can be more especially for the meat dishes. The taste is generally good and feels like home cooking.
