Tim Delight

Signature Curry Chicken with Potato was very nice, not oily or salty. Portion for curry can be more cos it's about 65& filled of the tub we received. Overall, we did not have much left cos guests had 2nd or 3rd helpings. 2nd time order from Tim's Delight! Thumbs Up!

Food arrived 30min ahead of stated time. Fried kway teow tasted awesome though on the oily side and it will be even nicer if caterer can be more generous with the seafood. Softshell crab with pork floss is another commendable dish. Big and crispy without the oiliness. Chilli crab sauce for the sauteed prawn is on the nutty side. Nonya style baked chicken is flavourful (spicy) but a little too salty for most of my guests. Portion is on the small side too. Soon kuehs tasted pretty good. Hong Siew tofu portion and Vietnamese spring rolls is pretty normal. Caterer can be more generous with the mixed cocktail for the agar agar (3 small pcs) in each cup. Overall happy with this order.

Was expecting it to be served in the black tray. However it came in the aluminium tray. Previous order was 10pax,this time round its 20pax. Was expecting it to be doubled.

Ordered mini buffet for 10paxs. Portion was huge. Unable to finished up all dishes. Food was delicious.

Nice and crispy soft shells crabs highly recommended to order for buffet. So is the boneless baked chicken and sambal dory fish. Fried Bee Hoon is a little moist and a few guests don't really fancy. Overall, still a pleasant presentation of the foods.

I have used many caterers before but Tim's Delight was a recommendation from a friend. I tried it, and wished I had used my usual caterer.

The food arrived on time, and everything was set up proper.

I catered food enough for 50 pax, and but by the 30+ pax the food was running thin and almost empty. Unfortunately, I had a group of friends who used to work at SATS catering and asked me how many did I order for? I said 50. He told me, the amount I am given probably wouldn't last 50, it was at best good for 40 pax. The staples were more than enough for 50 though.

I was quite disappointed. Luckily for me, I had catered other high-tea menu to continue the function from 2pm onwards. Else, it would be very embarrassing.

Food were all delicious.

It was for a birthday celebration. Everyone loves it.
