Food is delivered on time. Great service! Tasty sotong balls but quantity
too little for pax of 15.

Feedback from the guests was the food was generally good. I think most people like the fried sotong balls because they were gone even before I can eat one!

The delivery was very good and service was nice. I would consider to recommend to my friends.

Pros:
i) Curry Chicken and Sin Chow Bee Hoon were good.
ii) Value-for-money. Only $10.80 per head and no GST.
iii) Due to my small order (16pax) for a small party, it is one of the very rare companies who are willing to provide food warmers, tables for just additional $25 top-up. Usual big caterers will not take your small orders or have any food warmers for you.
iv) Delivery guys and customer service hotline personnel are polite.

Cons:
i) Booked for 12noon. Delivery came at 12.30pm. Need to call to chase them. Delivery guys said they were held up by the previous customer before me.
ii) Prawns were not so fresh, but it is usually a common issue when you eat out or catered food.

Verdict
If you are on small budget, and not too particular, it is of an acceptable standard.

Almost 10 mins to the event and no one has turn up to do any settings. Called up the office and they said that they will check and get their guys to call me. The delivery guys called me in 15 mins and told me that they are on the way, reaching in another 25 mins, is it ok? WTH, what can I say??? If I didnt call the main office, you will not call and update me? What kind of service is this. BAD! Period.

Food was average and prawns was soft, obviously not fresh.

1st and the last time!

It was pretty good value for money, tastes good.

Food was ok and good for value.
But i was pretty disappointed that they forgot about the disposable cups and stools. Their delivery man managed to buy cups from nearby shop to give it to me, but their PIC and team was not able to provide me with stools, therefore my guests have to stand throughout the reception.

This tea reception catering is for 100 pax.

There is only 1 container of fruit punch and this container size is a medium-sized version. This amount of fruit punch is not even sufficient for 30 pax, let alone 100 pax!
Normally I catered for 60-80 pax, other caterers provided 2 huge container of beverage.

Taste of food is all right.
Fried fish ball and mini sausage croissant is good.
Mee Hoon is rather bland. Chocolate muffin is rather lousy. Spring roll skin is too thick.

Prompt delivery service. Patience staff. 5-star.

Happy with the service and food value for money. Recommended. Very good for small function/event and with option to top up for complete buffet layout making overall more presentable and better food taste.

This is the first time we booked this caterer. The dishes are quite tasty, particularly the sweet sour fish and curry chicken which is spicy delicious. The portions are sufficient and we would cater from them again.
