Terms and Conditions:
Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.

Based on SFA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours. Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.

1. You can select any amount of items for your reception.
2. Each item costs $1 per pax and per drink is at $0.50 per pax.
3. Mix and match to what suits your budget and event best!
​For example: if you choose a total of ANY 7 items + 1 drink, you will be looking at $7.50/pax before transportation and GST!
4. All items choose, the number of pax/quantity has to be the same.
5. Min. 3 items per order.
6. Packet drinks will be served for Mix and Match (Mini Buffet).

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation will be subjected to a minimum 50% charge of the total bill (5working days in advance). Cancellation on the actual day will incur the full cost on the client. Kindly note that the days are calculated with the working day before 2 pm. And cancellations are only accepted with written emails and after our team have replied.

Xiang's Catering was founded by a loving couple back in 1995 to provide food to workers in a designated area. In 1998, the company expanded its services and startedproviding dinner home meal delivery only to the eastern side of Singapore. To date, we provide a wide range of services which includes: packet meal, bento meal, buffet, high-tea, bbq and lunch &island wide dinner home meal delivery. We aim to provide solutionsfor busy individuals who need food sent to their desired place at a specific time.
