Terms and Conditions:
Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.

Based on SFA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours. Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation will be subjected to a minimum 50% charge of the total bill (5working days in advance). Cancellation on the actual day will incur the full cost on the client. Kindly note that the days are calculated with the working day before 2 pm. And cancellations are only accepted with written emails and after our team have replied.

Changes to Orders
All amendments to be made at least 4 working days prior to the event date before 2pm with the acknowledgement of our team. Changes will be allowed subject to availability

Xiang's Catering was founded by a loving couple back in 1995 to provide food to workers in a designated area. In 1998, the company expanded its services and startedproviding dinner home meal delivery only to the eastern side of Singapore.
